Just received a new Lenovo T400, and it appears to support Bluetooth devices, based on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray and the "My Bluetooth Places" icon on the desktop. However, when I press connect on my mouse, it does not find the mouse; in fact, it finds no bluetooth devices. Wireless radio is on.
I tried installing the Logitech driver, but it will not complete the installation process...says it will not install the mouse driver due to the Lenovo touchpad.
On my previous laptop, this mouse worked fine (with the driver installed). Also, I know the batteries are good, since the mouse LED flashes when I press connect.
Can anyone provide guidance to resolve?

Thanks for the thought.
The only button availabe on my Logitech mouse--short of the power switch, left/right mouse buttons, and scroll wheel--is a "connect" button. When I press and hold the connect button for 30+ seconds, the LED flashes on/off every second (which is the same response as one short press of the connect button). I cannot enter a mode where the LED stays on continuously.
The bluetooth mouse and bluetooth capable laptop still refuse to connect.

Hi, My laptop is T400 with a logitech bluetooth mouse.
I think you'd better check your laptop software (Bluetooth Enhanced Data Rate software for XP or Bluetooth Enhanced Data Rate software II for vista) is that installed?
press the conect on your mouse, about 10 second till the light flash quickly, then you can use the soft to find the mouse, and give a PIN code to connect it.
Wish you can find your mouse!

I verified the Bluetooth Enhanced Data Rate software for XP was already installed. When I turn the power on/off on my mouse, the LED stays on solid for a few seconds, then it starts flashing at a rate near 1 flash/sec. By pressing the connect button for 10-60 seconds, I see no change in the LED flash rate.
Still no luck with the Bluetooth mouse.
