New T470s have an i5 instead of i7 processor

Just received the T470s. I didn't know that it would take a month for it to arrive if you ordered online. Anyway, when I opened the laptop I saw an i5 logo instead of i7. I finished the set up and verified using intel processor id utility that it is really an i5-7200u. When I customised it, I selected an i7-7600u and that was on the ordered detail.

I have emailed them and awaiting for there response. Calling them routed me to a voicemail.

Anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestion?

Thanks for the reply. I was able to talk to one of their technical guy today and said that the serial number sent to me was different to what I ordered as seen from the invoice. It seems a mixed up. Still waiting for their sales team to contact me.
