Seems like this problem is related to the Blutooth software version 6.2.1.1400 only so maybe you already had this version installed when you tried to upgrade? As far as i know this problem should be fixed in version 6.2.1.1401 or newer.

I'm not sure what you are saying here. This is just a link to the latest Bluetooth software. Did you read what i said about having a previous version installed? Are you saying that you did not have any earlier version of the Bluetooth software already installed on your computer?

If you had a earlier version installed and the previous version was 6.2.1.1400 then the problem is most likely version 6.2.1.1400 and not the latest version. Version 6.2.1.1400 had a problem that could wipe your drive during uninstall/upgrade from that version.

If you are saying that you did not have any previous version of the Bluetooth software installed on your computer i guess you did a Windows clean install since this software is installed by default when using the Lenovo pre-installed Windows. If you know for sure that you had no previous version of this software already on your computer then this problem is unknown to me. In that case i guess someone from Lenovo have to check it out.

Then it would be interesting to know what version you already had installed on your system before you tried to upgrade. If 6.2.1.1400 i'm pretty sure you where affected by the uninstaller bug in version 6.2.1.1400. When you upgrade i believe the old version will be uninstalled automatically first before the new version will be installed. So the bug in 6.2.1.1400 might affect you during a uninstall of this version or a upgrade to a newer version in case you already have version 6.2.1.1400 installed.

In that case it seems like the old bug is back again. I don't know for sure if it's a bug or not, but sounds pretty much like the problem with a earlier version of the Bluetooth software.

Thank you for reporting this problem.
