I have a brand new T430s running the latest Power Manager.
When Windows Task Mangaer shows CPU usage to be 0%, the Power Manager display shows CPU usage to be 41%. When Task Manager jumps to 16%, Power Mangaer displays 57% - a corresponding increase.
Can this bug - non-zeroing of Power Manager - be fixed?

The Power Manager doesn't display the CPU usage. It displays the percentage of the current CPU frequency to show turbo boost activities,

Are you running the current Power manager? I would first make sure your running 6.32 and also want to say that the above post is correct that it shows turbo boost activity and wont ever be zero or correspond with the task manager readings of your CPU. As my T430s has shows 46% at zero CPU in task manager.
If you want to get readings on your CPU you can use CPU-Z or other monitoring tools.
