I have a T400 on which I just did a clean Vista Ultimate (32-bit) install. I installed all the latest drivers/apps using the System Update, and I'm having an issue with the Power Management Driver and/or Power Management Software.
While I can run the Power Manager software, there is no battery icon in the task bar (I've toggled it on and off several times to see if that would make any difference) and upon startup, I receive a message that rundll32 has crashed:

I have seen a few other people having issues with the Power Management, and uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have alleviated the issue. I have tried uninstalling numerous times--both manually and via system update--but haven't had any luck getting this to work.
Any suggestions anyone may have would be greatly appreciated!
