So I recently was just using my Lenovo for work, and I noticed that I was on low battery. When I plugged the computer in, the charging light started flashing orange at an irregular, syncopated rate. In addition, the computer will not actually charge. At this point, the computer has 5% battery left and it's turned off.
What's wrong? Is it a problem with the battery, the charger, or the computer itself?
The last post is not correct. A bad charging circuit on the motherboard can cause the symptoms, but, as I said, it is usually the battery.

Hi ! Try removing the battery and just connecting it to the power source.
If it works, then it indicates that the battery needs replacement.
