A lot off SSDs give weird SMART test results. I tend only to look at CrystalDiskInfo to determine SSD health.

Lenovo just released a new version of its Solutions Center today (6/14/2016), so I would download the latest version, choose the option to Select Tests, rescan your drive, and if the error continues, open a support ticket if you are under warranty.
Note: Once the hardware scan completes, you should be able to select View Log, which should show you which test failed, and there is also an option to save the log as well.
An error could point to a failing drive, so better to be safe and backup data and create recovery disks etc. now while you can if you have not already.
