I just finished with a Lenovo chat and I'm totally annoyed. Among other particulars I want an SSD primary drive and a SATA second drive. I was told that the only way I can get a second drive is to order a primary SSD and a secondary SSD. That is a waste of money given my intended use for the second drive and the relative cost of the SSD and the small(er) relative size of the SSD.
I've had Thinkpads since 1998. However, not having the SATA second drive is a deal killer and I'll have to move to another company--which I do not want to do.
Can anyone shed some light on this??
EDIT: Please ignore this message. I called Lenovo and received different and correct information regarding which machines do allow a second drive and that the second drive can be a SATA drive
