I would suggest to reseat the palm rest.
Here are some videos, see button: FRU removals, it´s for SL but T is very similar.
If you´ll notice some latches are broken, please contact support, but may be it must just be reseated.

actually i have the same problem, i got my laptop back after a LCD replacement and now even the slightest pressure to the right palmrest makes it squeak like a pig
i already tried getting the palmrest to fit properly but it doesnt to that.
i can pull apart the hdd bay cover and the bottom right corner of the chassis and have a rather alarming gap,
and there's no resistance to that.
shouldn't there be a sort of hinge that prevents it from doing that?
