Hi All,
Kindly try to do a "Roll-Back" for the driver as a temporary workaround till engineering has provided an updated version of the driver in order to fix this issue.
**Please take note that this TouchPad workaround issue only applies to the following ThinkPad machine as they share the same drivers**
For those who can't roll back to the previous version of the driver. Do uninstall the 15.0.24.0 and download the older ones via the following link.
UltraNav for Win 7 64bit / Vista 64bit / XP 64bit - (Do scroll down page for previous versions of UltraNav drivers)
UltraNav for Win 7 32bit / Vista 32bit / XP 32bit - (Do scroll down page for previous versions of UltraNav drivers)

- BIOS version: latest
- OS loaded: Win 7 64bit
- Lenovo default OS? Win 7 64
- Issue happen on Battery / AC / Both: haven't tried it on battery
- Updates from TVSU completed: latest
- Updates from Windows Updates: latest
- Power Manager Version: 3.25
- Power Management Driver: probably latest, i don't see where that is
- Touchpad version driver installed: 15.0.24.0
- RAM installed: 2 x 2gb factory
- Any error notification before issue occured: no
- 3rd party application installed before issue happen?
- Any particular application which is running on the time this issue arises: just firefox and chrome
- Running on battery? AC? Docked on station? AC no battery
- Additional comments which you think might help: Downgrading to 15.0.18.0 seems to have "fixed it." Also, should I copy my posts from the other thread to this one?
- Are you able to recreate the issue on demand? Aside from what I mentioned in the other thread, no.
How do I deal with it when it fails? ending the unresponsive task (C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe which takes one cpu [25% of my i5] during this unresponsive state ) ] in task manager lets me move the mouse again, but i no longer get multitouch, and I just need to start that program again to regain that functionality (and get the ultranav icon back).

Hi all,
My thinkpad t410 come with the lastest UltraNav driver therefore I can't rollback the driver. My temporary solution is installing driver from Synaptics. However, my trackpoint can't scroll. OMG. What should I do now? Thank you all!
