Hello, let me just start off by saying I'm completely new here and I'm not too aware of etiquette so I apologize in advance.
I purchased a manufacturer refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad T410 2522EC8 a few days ago. My USB ports are simply not responding to anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. The only sign the USB ports show is when I plug in my mouse, the mouse lights up, but it doesn't actually work. Also, when I look under disk management, the only drives that show up are System Reserved, C: Drive, and D: Drive.
I'm not sure what other information I need to supply, so I appreciate any tips on that. Thank you!

I’m sorry to hear that USB ports of your Lenovo ThinkPad T410 is not working.
Could you please let me know which port is not working? Or is it an issue with all the USB ports?
I would suggest you to go to BIOS and check if USB is enabled.
Try connecting different devices and see if any of them works.
Uninstall all USB Root Hub Devices and USB Controllers. Do a system reboot and install the latest chipset driver from Lenovo Support page. If you find any difficulties in finding the driver, do let me know.

Thank you Mithun, none of the four ports worked at all. I did check the BIOS, connected and reconnected several different USB devices, uninstalled/resintalled the drivers, downloaded chipset drivers, everything. Nothing worked. I ended up just returning the laptop. Thank you for your reply though!
