I mean: it conect quickly, the sound is relaly good, but after a while (random) it disconnect from the laptop and I can't hear anything. It happens after 10 min, or 50 min of connection. I 've updated the drivers but the problem persist.

I've tried also to onnect to other devices such iPhones etc and the connection never broke.

any suggestions please?

Thanks for your support

Re: T410 bluetooth disconnect

Hi, fgennati

I have a few questions about the issue so the problem can be better diagnosed:

1) Which drivers have you updated?

2) When this does occur, does the headset have any trouble reconnecting?

Thanks in advance,

Adam

Re: T410 bluetooth disconnect

Hi there,

thanks for answering me!

I updated this driver: Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software II for Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit), Vista (32-bit, 64-bit) - ThinkPad

and then to reconnect again the devide i need to pair it again (disconnecting and reconnecting it again trough the device manager in windows).

That's really strange...of course it's a driver issue but i can't figure out how to solve it.

I am using a T410 with windows 7

Thank you again

Re: T410 bluetooth disconnect

Hi again, fgennati

What is the exact model of your JBL Flip? The driver you are running is the correct one, so I'm curious to see if the issue also lies with the headset. In the meantime, have you ensured that all your other drivers (BIOS, chipset, etc.) are up tp date? They can all be found here, if not.

Best,

Adam

Re: T410 bluetooth disconnect

Hi

I have the same problem, but the way it occurs is the following:

Connect the bluetooth headset, it works nicely, but if I rest my hand on the right palmrest, just above the THINKPAD logo, the bluetooth disconnects.

Did not have time to open the computer yet, but what could be the problem?

This happens even if I am not using the bluetooth.

I am running kubuntu, and everytime I rest my hand on the right palmrest the bluetooth logo also disappears from the notification area.
