T410i - Disk partition problem~~

I just bought this new T410i and use the disk management for partition. I want to shrink the C disk to 50GB. But the disk management only allow me to shrink C disk to 120 GB. The allowable size for shrink is 0 when the C disk reaches the size of 120GB.  But actually the space in use in only 20 GB. How can I shrink it further?

Windows 7 can only shrink up to the last unmovable file using it's built in partitioning tool. You can either try a defragmenter that consolidates free space, or use Partition Wizard.
