I have a T410s with the latest BIOS 1.50 and a Intel X-18M 160 GB (FRU 45N8019). If I try to boot I get the hard drive initialization error. I used the Intel Flash Tool and it says the intel drive has the latest firmware. I also changed BIOS to compatibility mode.
What can I do to get this working? As I saw on Thinkwiki (http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Category:T410s) the laptop was shipped with this SDD so it should work, no?
