T420 3g not using wwan in win7

My company just started to use win 7 64bit in a big scale...

And we are using T420 and x220 and x100e all with built in lenovo 3g cards.

Right now we are using win 7's wwan controll to make 3g connections.

But as alot of people know then you get a problem when using Cisco VPN client...

Is there a driver or a way we could use the build in 3g card like a normal "network card" that many usb 3g modems have the ability to do.

So its not using the "wwan" part of win that is making the problems.
