I am in Hong Kong. Sorry if my English is not good. I hope this forum could help with the bluetooth problem I am encountering. I have a T420. My wireless Philips headset coupling with T420 had been working fine for a long time until several days ago when I tried to use it again listening music from the computer. I found my wireless headset could no longer connect to the computer. In order to pair up again my headset with the T420, I tried to set the computer’s option to "allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer." However, the computer disallowed it with an error message and required the removal of Bluetooth device but there was indeed no Bluetooth device connected. I also opened the Device Manager but could not locate any Bluetooth. I would appreciate a lot if someone could advise me what to do.
