I bought my T420 refurbished from a reputable business about a month ago. It's slowing down increasingly fast to the point where it's now very frustrating to use.
I've ran Norton and checked out the resource monitor, nothing seems off. What should be my next steps?

Had a similar issue. Burned a diagnostic boot disk and ran a check of the hard drive and found that it was failing.
