Have just purchased a new T420i in China and I brought it with me to NewZealand about a month ago, now I realized that the screen has a scratch. I did not do anything bad to the laptop and it is still very new.
This the a place for me to change the screen in Auckland without replace the whole Laptop.?

You should have dealt with the scratch when you were in China. There is not much Lenovo ANZ can do for you in terms of the scratches given that these machines are purchased through Lenovo ANZ.
You can replace the LCD, but it is not going to be cheap from Lenovo's official depot with the added quotes (around 120 dollars or so) and parts cost from the official supplier.
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-service/iws.page? <--- this checks whether your system has eligibility for warranty in New Zealand.
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-service/warranty-status/default.page? <---- this checks your warranty status and where the machine was purchased originally.
If you can live with it then i would advise you to just let it be. If the scratch is really bad, then you could consider the replacement through alternative means (you can do it yourself).
