Several times a week, my bluetooth mouse will freeze. I can still use the touchpad or the red dot. Fix is to Fn+F5 and stop and start the bluetooth radio. Looking in Lenovo System Update, I can see the Bluetooth driver is a recent install and is version 126.96.36.19900 for Windows 7 [32/64].
Mouse is Targus bluetooth mouse, model: AMB09US

I had a similar problem with my T430, the bluetooth mouse would freeze sporadically for a short time. The problem was gone, when I upgraded the RAM from 4 to 8 GB.
Give it a try

Following this link, I read around and did what others did. I disabled the ThinkPad power management feature for the Bluetooth radio. After about a week, no problems yet.
