Why T430 , T430s and T530 do not have the shortcut keys such as SysRq, ScrLk, Pause and Break anymore? I do not see them on the keyboard. What can i do now if i want to use them?

The new silkscreening on new model ThinkPads do not list four keyboard shortcut functions (Break, SysRq, ScrLK, Pause). The embedded keypad functionality has been removed from the T430, T430s and T530 systems. Thus, the older T42x and T52x keyboard styles will not fit the newer T43x and T53x systems.

If you would like to use those function keys, you can refer to below:

Break (FN + B)

SysRq (FN + S)

ScrLK (FN + K)

Pause (FN + P)

If these are the replacement keys, why do they not print them on the keys themselves rather than have to remember them? Lenovo seem to be going crazy and (they think) improving the look at the cost of usability.

Really not happy with my new T430 because of the keyboard layout.
