T430s Battery question

So I got my T430s a month ago. With the T81+ and the UltraBay battery.

I swap out the oringal HDD with a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB. Did a clean install of Windows 7 Enterprise, and got all the drivers from thinkVantage system update. I have the Nvida turned off, using the HD4000.  With screen dim to 2 and offten turn off wifi. Take notes and very light web surfing. The best I can get is 7ish Battery hours.(It is nice, but I kind of need even more than that) I saw a lot of posts, so people are able to achive 6+ hours with just the the T81+, and the screen is at like 7 brightness.

What am I doing worng ? or 7 hours is the limites ?

Re: T430s Battery question

Trim your list of running processes and get a Flash blocker for your browser. Also grab Clockres from SysInternals and check that occasionally to make sure your timer interval is at 15.6ms (any media playing will drop this value).
