I've got a problem whose I don't manage to find the root cause: as the title says, when I press the shut down button under Win 10, the T430u shuts down completely and then restarts... It's kind of random but I noticed it happens after like every 5-6 "clean" shut down ("clean" shut down means real shut down and no restart). It's really weird.
I'm under Win 10 (clean install) and it works perfectly with the lastest drivers from Lenovo website and from the auto download driver from Win update.
I tried to:
- deactivate fast startup
- deactivate wake on events in the BIOS (H6ET98WW 2.16)
- look at the event viewer to pinpoint if there was any issue from any app or else that tells the PC to restart when shutting down - couldn't see anything unusual, all processes were sent the command to shut down and there was no error in the system event viewer
- deactivate Intel Rapid Start in the BIOS - I don't need it as I added a mSATA SSD as a system drive
Did or does someone have this issue or any clue?
