8GB or 12GB* max7 / PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3L, non-parity,
dual-channel capable*, 4GB memory soldered to systemboard on selected models,
one 204-pin SO-DIMM socket (*for the models with 4GB on-board memory)
Definitely NOT DDR4. DDR3L (low voltage).

Yeah... It should work definitly..... my suggestion-Go for Kingston hyperx Impact DDR3L PC3-12800 204-Pin SO-DIMM because the CAS Latency is 9-9-9-24(CL9) which has tighter timings(lower these numbers higher the performance lesser the latency).....

Because it has tighter timings(CL9) and low CAS latency 9-9-9-24(11-11-11-36 will be marginally slow)...... RAM uses timings for its operations lower the timing higher the performance.....
