I've had a T440S for about a year and a half.
It came with windows 8 which I upgraded to 8.1 and then later upgraded to Windows 10
Everything was working fine until perhaps 4 weeks ago when the laptop will no longer wake up from "deep sleep".
If I close the lid for 20 minutes ("light sleep" it does wake back up, but if left overnight it does not wake up...
Until about 4 weeks ago when I opened the lid in the morning it would say "Resuming from deep sleep" ... now ...
I have to hold the power button down to turn the laptop OFF then restart - loosing all open work.
Lenovo System Update does not report any uninstalled critical patches
I have had hibernation disabled since upgrading to Windows 10
A little googling implies this is a pretty widespread issue across multiple brands of laptops.
Can anyone give me a hand?
Thanks in advance!

Lenovo does not support Deep Sleep function on Windows 10, so it is recommended to disable Intel Rapid Start Technology (IRST).
This can be done in BIOS -> Setup -> Config -> Power -> Intel Rapid Start Technology, change the setting to Disabled.

That seems to have fixed it :-)
