I'm trying to set up my new T450s, it came with Windows 10 installed. It restarts after the "Express Settings" step, and nothing I do can get it past this step. I haven't successfully talked to a human at Lenovo, and Microsoft told me to take it back to the store or talk to my manufacturer.

Same issue here. Brand new Lenovo Thinkpad T450S
Run through the initial setup windows and after express settings it ends up going into a loop.

Does Lenovo monitor these forums? It's obvious that this is not an isolated issue if multiple people have had the identical issue on the same model.
There's nothing that could have been done incorrectly, it's going through the basic wizard, then it reboots and makes you start over again and again.
