Network do not found when starting the laptop which is docked.
You need to unplug network cable from docking station and put back...that normally helps.
Without docking station the networks works well.
Also sometimes keyboard and mouse stops working (those are connected to docking station.

I have a very similar Problem with some T440s and Ultra Dock.
Although replugging the cable to the Dockingstation doens't work for me.
The Notebook is running Windows 7 64 Bit Enterprise and is ( or should be ) plugged to a 1 gb LAN with Cisco Switches. Using the Networkinterface on the T440s works fine until i use the Dockingstation.
The Problem seems to be the auto negotiation between the Dock and the Switchport. When autonegotiation is disabled in Windows ( setting to 1gb/s fullduplex didn't work though) and setting the Adapter to 100mb/s fullduplex, the connection is stable. With autonegotiation activated Windows tells me there is no Ethernet Cable attached, so there is or seems to be no physical link.
