we just purchased 56 T460p.
Eight Devices are currently rolled out to our workers.
After a few weeks four of them do a endless reboot (Red Logo, trying to boot SSD, Red Logo...). No further Error-MSG.
The devices has different runtimes.
OS: Windows 7 SP1 x86
One device get a new systemboard, everything fine, till now.
Reset UEFI - no luck
Trying to boot from different Media (USB, PXE etc.) - no luck
Removing CMOS-Battery - no luck
Removing SSD, WiFi etc. - no luck
RAM Exchange - no luck
After the fourth device failed, i do some deeper UEFI-Settings investigation.
Security-Chip has the following Configuration: Discrete TPM, Intel TXT enabled
Doing some Tests with non booting devices, following results:
Disable SecurityChip - success
Enable SecurityChip - no success
Enable SecurityChip, Disable Intel TXT - success
Enable SecurityChip, Enable Intel TXT - no success
Enable SecurityChip, Enable Intel TXT, Clear SecurityChip - success
Don't know if clearing is a long time solution. Disabling SecurityChip or Intel TXT seems to be no good solution.
UEFI: Different Versions: 2.07, 2.09, 2.11
Maybe no one can help with this, but hopefully any Lenovo Employee looking at this and get the Information to the right Person.

the issue isn't resolved. After escalating it to Lenovo they replied us with following hint:
But the hint doesn't work.
One of the failing Devices was shipped to L2-Support. They were been able to reproduce it with our Device but not with their own Devices.
Our Devices is now at L3-Support (PE).
