So I recently bought a Thinkpad T460p, and I now owned it for 1 month.
For the most part, don't have too too many complaints as my previous Thinkpad is a T430s which is pretty decent and I still use it weekly.
The question I want to ask though is this:
Do any of you T460p owners / users have a hard time / difficulty opening the the lid of the laptop without the entire keyboard side / half of the laptop tilting up into the air with just one hand?
I realize that the T460p is different from my T430s, but my 430s can be opened via the mechanical latch that I love and with one hand and the feet grips won't slip like the T460p (without the mechanical latch - its just flat like a mac book or something).
Another thing I noticed is that that the feet for the 460p in the front are placed horizonatally which the back two feet are placed vertically. This is the exact opposite in the 430s - vertical in the front and horizontal on the back.
Does anyone have a good fix so that the T460p can be more easily opened with one hand and that the feet won't slip so hard??
