Cant wait to get my hands on this. No retail M2 2280 NVMe Drives are even available.

@wesleyyin

I see you're from Houston also. Are you waiting for the dedicated GPU before you buy? Any word or idea when it will finally be available? I keep checking with chat support and they dont know anything.

I left Houston but still stay in the US :smileyhappy:. For my use, I don't care about a dedicated GPU. I actually prefer not to have one as it might drain battery faster. What I need is a sleek, durable, reasonably fast laptop. T460s is good enough. I type a lot, so I am stuck with ThinkPad.

I'm concerned about the temperature of the NVMe SSD. I have seen some review which shows that the temperature can be very high. Have you observed any significant rise in temperature of the NVMe SSD?

I'd like to get more detail.  The results are not that striking given the promise.  Perhaps, this should be run with multiple threads.

Here are results from my now 4-year old T430s - 1 thread option.  This was with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit; forgive the typo in the text field of the images that follow.
