T460s BSODs

Hey,

I have a Lenovo t460s with some added memory (20gb total) and win10 and I keep gettings BSODs.

I used to run Ubuntu on it and back then the Laptop used to freeze when I woke it up from hibernation. I didnt find a solution so I just stopped usig hibernate.

However, some time ago I installed Windows 10 and since that I keep gettings BSODs. Its kind of regular in a weird way, about evry three days.

At first the bluescreens only appeared when I woke up the computer from sleep mode (not every time though).

Those were always errors "Caused By Driver : ntoskrnl.exe", but with different bug codes (taken from bluescreenview):

Bug Check String  : SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bug Check Code    : 0x0000003b
Parameter 1       : 00000000`c0000005
Parameter 2       : fffff801`86737a3a
Parameter 3       : ffff8008`0cd0ebe0
Parameter 4       : 00000000`00000000

Bug Check String  : DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
Bug Check Code    : 0x000000f7
Parameter 1       : 0900d42b`efe92ef3
Parameter 2       : 0000d42b`efe92ef3
Parameter 3       : ffff2bd4`1016d10c
Parameter 4       : 00000000`00000000

Bug Check String  : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Bug Check Code    : 0x0000001a
Parameter 1       : 00000000`00041792
Parameter 2       : fffffe81`39e61040
Parameter 3       : 05000000`00000000
Parameter 4       : 00000000`00000000

Then I updated the BIOS, which changed the bluescreen behavior. Now they are not apearing anymore after sleep, but totaly random. However still in a rough 3 day pattern. Minidumps:

Crash Time        : 06.09.2018 19:21:45
Bug Check String  : SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Bug Check Code    : 0x1000007e

Parameter 4       : fffff50b`11886e30

Caused By Address : Ntfs.sys+1c047

Bug Check String  : SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Bug Check Code    : 0x1000007e
Parameter 1       : ffffffff`c0000005
Parameter 2       : fffff804`32cfc993
Parameter 3       : ffff8288`ba467288
Parameter 4       : ffff8288`ba466ad0
Caused By Driver  : Netwtw06.sys
Caused By Address : Netwtw06.sys+dc63a

So I updated the graphics drivers again and also the wifi drivers. In the meantime there was also a firmware update for the Intel Management Engine which I also installed. According to Lenovo System Update all drivers and firmware are up to date now. In addition, google said that it could also be a memory problem, so I ran Lenovo's quick hardware check. No errors. I also checked the memory with Memstest86+ overnight (it managed 3 passes in 9 1/2 hours). Also no errors.

And then, today again, totaly random while writing an email:

Crash Time        : 12.09.2018 10:00:17
Bug Check String  : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Bug Check Code    : 0x0000001a
Parameter 1       : 00000000`00041792
Parameter 2       : ffff823f`ffb5bde0
Parameter 3       : 88000000`00000000
Parameter 4       : 00000000`00000000
Caused By Driver  : ntoskrnl.exe
Caused By Address : ntoskrnl.exe+1a8ca0

Any help would be greatly apreaciated.

Thanks!
