T460s Rebooting / Crashing Every Day

2016-12-02, 0:57 AM

After having my brand new T460s for a couple months it recently started rebooting on its own.  I have updated windows, drivers, and all lenovo software and the problem is still occuring.

Here's the error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff9d06df9e7060, 0xffffd7018d33e8e0, 0xffff9d06e15faac0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cb22d36c-0c53-4bfd-8748-dab2c36e582c.

How do i fix this?

Keefe

Thanks but i'm not using sysprep.  Any other ideas?  Can you debug the dump file?

Can provide the blue dump files for validation purpose? You can upload the files through third party software (e.g. Drop box etc) & share its link here.

This looks like a driver issue (power state inconsistency).  What OS? Any third party drivers installed recently?
