I have a 20FMA01900 with a 1366 display, and would like to replace it by a 1920 one...is that possible? I found this:
But not quite sure if it is all what I need...
Can you please suggest/guide?

a screen replacement is a major undertaking and it will take even an experienced tech several hours to do
if you need full HD go order one with it from the factory

The previous post overstates the difficulty. I cannot tell from the parts list whether or not the cable leeds to be changed. I expect that it would not need to be changed to go to an FHD screen. If I did not need to change the cable, I would expect to see a 45 minute estimate, but I would expect to finish in under a half hour. If I needed to change the cable, I would estimate an hour.

Thanks for the input. I am a tech guy since 20 years ago only that never messed with laptops too much and less with Lenovo at this leve. I do understand this is not quite junior task but it is not like changing a nuclear bomb core neither...
Just seeking for experience on guys who already did this and as you mention maybe find that I need a new cable with specific pin-out or not.
I saw an old youtube post where the guy lost some feature based on a BIOS issue.
Now, if part is marked as FRU at Lenovo, means users can't get them directly?

I have the service manuals for a lot of machines, I have a lot of laptops that I refusbish and use rather than resell
