No power indeed, it only charges through the normal power cable, nothing through the USB-C.
I've tried the reset hole solution, but no change, same problem.
The laptop is still within its warranty. I see you are a Lenovo employee. Is it possible to have Lenovo look at the issue?

I think there must be some hardware problem with the ThinkPad, but unfortunately, I can't diagnose it or fix it from the forum. What I can tell you is that I haven't heard of this problem before. If your ThinkPad is still under warranty, my advice is for you to contact the Lenovo support in your country to see what options you have.
