I have a T480 (Windows 10 Build 1809). At some unknow point, I've lost the Dolby Codecs (such as DDPA64.dll or DolbyDAX2APOv211.dll under Audio in the Device Manager). I can't play any movie audio that uses thoes codecs (regular two channel is fine) and I can't enanle Dolby under Vantage or Lenovo's Dolby Premium Sound Program.
Its not uncommon and I've tried the steps listed below to update to the latest drivers from Lenovo's site and solution is to delete old drivers and download the latest from Lenovo.
The RealTek Audio drivers are updateing with 18.104.22.16819 (latest version) when I "uninstall"them, but I don't see any changes to the Dolby codecs. The package created a Direcory on hte C Drive that has a Dolby subdirectory, but no executable or batch file for istallation.
- Is there another set of drivers (or programs) that I need from Lenovo?
- Is the Lenovo Dolby Premium Sound Program part of the Audio Driver Package? I've not done a full delete .. drivers and the Dobly Program ... since I didn't know if I will get the program back.
