I dont know if the problem is with the name of the device but the thing is that I have checked that the name of the device is "Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB" but the real capacity of the SSD is 256GB..... how its possible? win10 problem?? samsung error name?

Do you have Samsung Magician (https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/magician/) installed? What info does it display?

No, I don´t to both questions... but I don´t know if the IT support department of my company did it.... but its possible that??? to hidde almost 200 GB??? I will check bios now...

I've heard about several cases where dishonest sellers were either flashing firmware from another disk or replacing controller chip so that disks showed incorrect capacity. I believe that shouldn't be your case but you should check with the seller
