When I watch youtube in 1080@60 FPS every so often the screen kind of judders/freezes. It does this maybe 2 or 3 times in a minute for about 2 or 3 seconds each time. It plays 1080 (30FPS?) just fine. I have a usb-c to displayport cable and it is hooked up to a Dell U2412 with resolution of 1920x1200. EDIT: Forgot to mention that this judder thing also happens on the laptop screen, not just on the external monitor. I have checked some of the settings to make sure all graphics are at max performance on or off battery. I can also add that my W520 with displayport to displayport cable runs the 1080@60 youtube without a hitch, so I know it's not the monitor or my internet which is the problem.
This T480s has i5-8250, 8gb ram, and the intel hd620 graphics card.
Just wondering if anyone can help with the issue.
