Finally there are some one from lenovo noticed this problem.
But you should know this is not sim card issue.You just search "L830-EB" in this forms and you'll see so many people encounter the same problem after upgrade the fireware version to 18300.1002.00.01.01.17.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences.
As an update, we are planning to release a new firmware (FW) for Fibocom L830-EB in 1-2 weeks timing.
With this FW, our China team has not encountered the network connection drops using a failing system from one of the forum users in China.
However, we haven’t checked if this FW fixes the “No Service” issue reported by user AAWJdnx since our Taiwan team cannot reproduce it using
a SIM card from the same network carrier.
We would highly appreciate if you can check the issues you are encountering using the new FW once it is released and give as a feedback.

We received the new FW update tool from Fibocom this week.
However, we found some issues and therefore cannot release it as we had hoped this week.
We already reported this to Fibocom and is currently under investigation.
I will update you when we have new release schedule.

I saw the driver update than update it!
but the Fibocom L830-EB is still the same "No network service" !

Ahha,There is a fake update info for firmwave.Only date changed,the version number as same as before.
I dont know what lenovo want to do.......
