Faulty T490s Graphics driver.
Started after 27th September, I have had 4 users so far report the issue to me, we have next day support from Lenovo. All users have contacted Lenovo so far with no solution.
Please if some one can provide a solution and how this can be prevented as we have new Lenovo T490s in stock which will be going out to different users soon.

I tried all the solutions from downloading the latest version from intel to the latest version from Lenovo but the issue still the same.
here is what works with me
1- if nothing work with you as a quick fix you need to disable the uhd620 driver from device manager
2- what really worked with me is update the driver and pick an old version fro the driver
- right-click on (this pc)
- device manager
- display adapter
- you will find the uhd620 driver
- update driver
- brows my computer for update driver
- let me pick from a list
- then choose the oldest version

Thanks a lot. I tried your steps and it seems to work. You solved the problem in one minute while lenovo support made me lose the whole morning to finally tell me to bring the pc to an assistance center.

Here is how I fixed it (all our T490S with the latest driver are broken.
1: Download the older driver for T490S (version 126.96.36.19960)
2: uninstall your current driver from device manager (hardware and driver)
4: Install the 6860 driver
