I was having sound issues that I fixed by updating my BIOS from the website's drivers. However now I can no longer use the middle click button. I used this for opening new tabs and now it doesnt even work for scrolling either. I have auto scroll enabled in firefox and I have confirmed that it does not work in IE either. I went to control panel -> Mouse and there is not even an option for a middle button.

Recommend uninstalling ultranav drivers and reinstalling latest version from

As a work around, the following proceedure may help:

Control panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Mouse - > Hit the Ultranav tab at the top right -> Settings under Trackpoint -> and under the scrolling option on the bottom, choose neither.

The middle click button will now work, but scrolling will be disabled.
