T510 ExpressCard speed

My Lenovo Thinkpad T510 has no eSATAp port (there is a regular USB 2.0 instead), and no USB 3.0 (as no T510 has). I'm regarding a possibility to use ExpressCard for various reasons. So what speed can I achieve in this case? What speed the ExpressCard to eSATAp adapter will give me? Would the ExpressCard to USB 3.0 work as USB 3.0 or just as USB 2.0?

Re: T510 ExpressCard speed

As the spec says: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ExpressCard
Speed 280 Mbit/s effective (USB 2 mode)
1.6 Gbit/s effective (PCIe 1 mode)
3.2 Gbit/s effective (PCIe 2 or USB 3 mode)

Which mode does T510 support?
