T520 purchase options

I'm in process of ordering a ThinkPad.   My priorities are:   1] long battery life.   2]  almost exclusive remote wifi use.  3] speed. 4] near standard, user friendly keyboard [main reason I'm looking specifically at lenovos - - am I right?]

The T520 seems to come closest , although I'd rather have a smaller screen.

Considering the SSD.  Is it worth the price?   But with low storage value is it possible to order a thinkpad that will accept msata ssd drives?  Also, does the T520 accept 2 full size hard drives if you remove the optical drive?

Re: T520 purchase options

Since you'd like a smaller screen have you considered the T420?

The T520 will accept mSATA SSD's. You can have 2 full size (2.5 inch) drives if you remove the optical drive and purchase the second hard disk drive adapter to place the second disk in.

The keyboard on the T420 and T520 will be the same, you just can't configure a T420 with a quad core processor if that is what led you to the T520.
