Hi Sbudirah,
Did you check with updating all the driver and application once, use ThinkVantage system update utility and check?
If you find that the issues still occurring then try updating the BIOS.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Hemanth Kumar

It could depend on what you mean when you say you are "shutting down."
This may seem like a silly question but it also may be what you have going on (please don't be offended if this is not the case). Are you hitting the hardware Power Button above the keyboard and expecting the system to shut down? This can be set to do Sleep, Hybernate or Shut Down depending on how your power options are set:
(Can also be set in Power Options "Choose What the lid does" in the primary Power Options screen (on left side):
There are many ways to shut down a Windows system.... Some less Windows savy users hit the Power Button and expect the system to Shut Down when that function is set to "hibernate" the system. That option (1 of 3 possibilities for each on battery or plugged in) are controlled by Power Options (advanced) under "Power buttons and lid" located in Power Options. Power Options (go into Advanced Settings for your active power plan) is in Control Panel (lots of ways to get there). If you need more info, let me know, I actually have a write up on it I did for someone. .
If you are using any of the built-in Windows 8.x Shutdown options from various place in Windows, it should of course shut down and not hybernate. If it still is doing this, I agree with, Hemanth update your Lenovo and Microsoft updates. If you are on Win8.0, I'd suggest you consider moving to 8.1.
Is this hibernation issue new for a system you have been using for awhile?

Hi Sbudirah,
Can you check uninstalling the graphic adapter from Control panel – program & feature option and restart the system, if the issue still persists then follow the steps below to disable hibernation.
Hope this helps.
