When I started working in my company, I received T440p model with Windows 7 pre-installed.
I have Serail and model number, and I can share if it's required for the solution. However, I installed Windows 10, and now can't go back to Windows 7, without re-installing it. That is really not a problem, but IT technicians seem to have a problem finding a windows serial number for our laptops, so I am kind of stuck now.
Is there any way that I can find out what the serial number is so I can reinstal windows 7 again?

Check under the battery compartment/take out the battery and check - it should be there if not - run command prompt and run
" wmic bios get serialnumber " or " wmic.exe csproduct list full " which either should retrieve the serial/key number for the system.
quick edit - if you DO run " wmic.exe csproduct list full " the serial/key will be in IdentifyingNumber=
