Thinkpad T400 (6474w49) and Mobile Broadband

     Hi All. I have T400 Model № 6474w49. I plug my sim-card into thinkpad. But when i run Mobile Broadband Connect i have error - No wireless Mobile Broadband divice found. What is it? Please help me resolve problem!

Sounds like you might be missing the driver.  Download your wireless carriers driver with the links below and then follow the  Installation instructions included towards the bottom of the page.

 

Verizon Driver

 

Vodafone and AT&T

I can't find a 6474-W49 configuration (so you might want to double check what configuration you have), however, looking at this similar 6474 based configuration....

... indicates that whatever specific configuration you have, it is highly likely it does not have a Mobile Broadband fitted, which would by why you are getting the error message.
