I am having a radio problem with the mentioned network adapter.
When I ran Access conection the Radio says that it is switched off and will not power on.
I have installed all sorts of different drivers at no avail.
I have also removed Access Connections and also ran a Wi-Fi Quick test and the Radio Enabled test failed. The result code is WWF00F001-UIUBQD.
I have checked the card cables and exhausted every possible solution on the web. I am no stuck so need specialist help!
Its a Thinkpad T420 - 4236 with Windows 8.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Doesn't matter whether it is supported or not, the card should still work with or without it as it would be accessible through Windows Network and Sharing Centre.
I didn't have AC installed to begin with, I installed it to have a look and uninstalled again.
AC is not part of the problem.
Just a few other thigns to add, I've checked that the card is enabled in BIOS and I have also checked the side radio switch to make sure it is not off. I can also confirm that the wireless light at the bottom right of the LCD (next to the HDD light) is on (goes off if I turn the radio off on the side).

Something to check if you haven't already:
Bring up Settings charm. At the bottom it says "Change PC Settings". That looks like the title of the settings above (to me) but it's a link. Click it. Then click "wireless" on the left.
Is there a wifi slider there? How is it set?

Thanks for your reply.
It actually says "No wireless devices are available".
I think it is because I cannot see the device since the radio is not enabled/available.
Fascinating stuff this! I might swap the card out and see what I come up with.
