Laptop: Thinkpad T430s with Intel HD Graphics 4000 and Nvidia NVS 5200 M - 1 Mini Displayport, 1 VGA
External Monitors (2): Dell U2415 - with Displayports and HDMI (no VGA or DVI ports on the monitors)
Monitor-1 (main display) is connected using Displayport - resolution 1920x1200
Monitor-2 (extended display) is currently connected with HDMI using VGA to HDMI adapter that is attached to the VGA port on the laptop. However with this setup resolution on Monitor-2 is restricted to 1920x1080
I also have a docking station - Thinkpad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 - Type 4338.
This has 1 VGA, 2 Displayports, 2 DVI-D ports.
I tried the following options with 4338 but none of them worked.
1. Connected both monitors using two Displayports on 4338. Only one of the monitors was recognized (1920x1200). Other monitor was not recognized at all.
2. Connected monitor-1 to Displayport on 4338. Connected monitor-2 to mini Displayport on laptop. Only monitor-2 was recognized (1920x1200).
How can I achieve 1920x1200 on both external monitors - with or without using the docking station 4338? I don't plan to use the laptop's LCD screen.
Thanks for the help.

Monitor-1: connected directly to Mini Displayport on laptop.
Monitor-2: Connected one DVI port on docking station to a DVI-D (male) to HDMI (female) video adapter and then connected it to Monitor-2 using HDMI cable.
Now both monitors are on 1920x1200 resolution with Monitor-1 as the main display.
