Thinkpad T430u wont boot after memory upgrade and keyboard stopped working

2019-11-01, 12:55 PM

Hi Folks,
My t430u just got upgraded for 16gb of ram, I upgraded the bios so it could handle it and everything.
After testing memory everything looked fine from the perspective of the diagnostics but couldn't still boot the system to start or to format (Windows 10), then I read to remove the battery and press the button of power for 10 seconds to get rid of static electricity, after that, my keyboard stopped working and I don't have battery that controls time full, so will ask me to change time in bios and I can't get there cause cant use the keyboard.
Bear in mind that with only 8gbs of ram, the pc would boot normally, i tried both ram slots and sticks.
With all this in mind, can anybody relate or give a tip or help?
Regards
