Looks like this model does support FHD as per psref. The P/N will be 00PA889 and cable  01AW310 will be unless you are planning to upgrade for touch panel. For replacement you can use hmm or video assembly guide

I hope the above information helped you.

Please feel free to post in Lenovo Community Forums if you have any further queries!

Do you mean I just need to buy 00PA889 LCD panel and simply replace? There is no need to buy and change to cable connection?

May I know the cable connection of my T460? thks.

Also is there OEM alternate part for 00PA889 ?

thks.

Yes, you have to purchase LCD panel only & simply get it replaced. Probably cable connection for your system is eDP (01AW310) but I'll confirm that if you can share me the MTM (Machine Type Model).

Also there are alternate parts available for 00PA889 which can be checked from parts lookup. Just enter the P/N and you can get the substitute parts.

69.14B47.G04
fm [HF] 069 114

does it mean pin 30 or 40?

Thanks for the information. This system uses 30 pin connector. If you have any queries feel free to post here.
