Hello, I was just sitting in my lecture when I tried to start the notebook. I had just used it seconds before and everything was working just as it should, but now the display just stays black, the notebook obviously still works as I can log in with the fingerprint scanner, but the display doesn't show anything anymore. I turned it off and on again, but until now nothing has worked so far.
Should I call the service already or is there any solution you know of?

I would try plugging in an external display and see if that works...
I'm guessing it probably will...
If so that would give you the opportunity to review the system logs and device manager and see is something that would be simple to correct is at fault.
