I have recently bought the Thinkpad T480s with the GeForce 150mx. The card was working, but when I tried to install CUDA, I had to uninstall the driver and install another one. Now I want to go back, but when I install the normal Lenovo 150mx driver, Windows states that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)." Thus, only the integrated Intel graphics are shown in the task manager and any other programs. I also tried to install the 150mx driver from Nvidia's site, and the Lenovo System Update utility, which didn't solve the problem.
I would be glad if anyone had another idea how to fix this problem

I also have the same issue.
According to the link below, this problem is related to hyper-v.
I also confirmed this issue on my T480s when hyper-v is enabled.
I hope lenovo will release patch for this issue as soon as possible.
